Instructions for Enabling JavaScript

Windows Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x

Select Tools from the menu at the top of the browser window.
Select Internet Options from the drop-down list.
On the Internet Options window that comes up, click the Security tab.
On the Security tab, click the Custom Level button near the bottom of the window.
On the Security Settings window that comes up, scroll down until you see the Scripting section.
In the Scripting section, enable the Active Scripting option by clicking the circle.
Click the OK and Yes buttons until you get back to the browser window.

Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.x and 6.x

Select Edit from the menu at the top of the browser window.
Select Preferences... from the drop-down list.
On the Preferences window that comes up, find the list of Categories on the left side of the window.
Click the Advanced category, near the bottom of the list.
The Advanced preferences will appear in the right part of the Preferences window. Set the Enable JavaScript option by clicking the box.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.

Password Recovery

The following form should be able to automatically reset your password and send the new temporary password to you via email. Once you login with the new password, enter the "My Account" menu and select "Change Password" to set the password to a value you select.

Option 1: I know my username.
